I have a new favorite knitshop

A Fetching Pair?


One of these things is not like the other...








These were intended for a charity auction, but I don't think I can bring myself to redo them. They were a fun easy knit but there are others things I want to accomplish.

I've had a pair of Fetching 98% finished since last weekend. I haven't been particularly busy, I just haven't been willing to finish them.

I think it goes back to the root of my fear of finishing. Once a project is completed my knitting is out there, waiting for final judgement to be passed.

I hoard patterns and my dream To Do list is miles long, but try not to buy yarn without a project in mind.

You might already know this one. I'm terrified of seaming and finishing. I feel like that's the make-or-break moment and it really intimidates me.
